Back in 2009 Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa teamed up with Odyssey Teams Inc. to bring some inspiring philanthropic team building exercising to La Jolla meeting attendees.  Now our Sales Managers don’t even have to  recommend programs like “Helping Hands” and “Playhouse Challenge,” clients ask for them by name!  In one of our favorite exercises, “Helping Hands,” teams assemble prosthetic hands to be donated to children and adults around the world who have lost limbs due to conflict, disease or birth defects. In fact our clients were so thrilled by the powerful and moving results their attendees experienced our Estancia La Jolla Sales Team engaged in the team building exercise themselves!
