Thanks for the Wonderful Stay!
The staff couldn't have been more on top of things. We were a group contract and were constantly making changes to the hotel list - speakers and attendees on the list - off the list, etc. Bobbie Lopez was gracious and understanding even though the constant changes were driving our office crazy. I liked that the valet welcomed us and called in our names to the front desk to prepare for arrival. This gave the arrival a warm personal touch. Hotel staff were exceptional with every aspect. I am a seasoned traveler and this hotel exceeded my expectations.
I had no suggestions for improvement for Luminaria Restaurant because it couldn't have been better. Great burgers, soup and dinner specials! Oh yes, breakfast was awesome too. I enjoyed the happy hour/reverse happy hour and March madness drinks in the Living Room Lounge.
Names of staff at the Loretto that are extra awesome: Lynn Eckell, Bobbie Lopes, Selma, Raphael, Sergio, Food in the Luminaria was amazing, staff in restaurant, bar lobby (Pam), catering, sales, front desk, mail room, etc. all outstanding. You must be doing something right to have everyone so happy to be working at the Loretto. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
