Living the dream through Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp Corporate Team Building
As the Director of Sales for Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to attend the Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp at the Elite Meetings Alliance in Las Vegas Nevada! Aside from playing drums on stage with 6 well known rock and rollers from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, (including one of my musical heroes from the 80’s!) it was one of the most unique team building experiences I have ever participated in! I would highly recommend the activity for your company or group’s team building exercise.
The rock stars were engaging, thought provoking, and really guided the process to bring the teams together. The stars taught each group how to work together to create a hit song in the songwriting workshop. They really know how to incorporate each group’s desired goal and guide the workshop to the individual desired outcomes. The on stage performance as the culmination, was as fun and memorable an evening as I have had at a conference.
I look forward to bringing this team building exercise to Estancia La Jolla as our La Jolla Ballroom would be a perfect venue. Any and every company or group would gain amazing results from this experience and have a blast in doing so.
