I wanted to thank you so very much for contributing to a “flawless program” in the words of our VP, Lisa Schilling!  I cannot thank you enough for your hospitality toward our attendees and to myself.  You and your team well exceeded our expectations, and we are really looking forward to another wonderful program in August.  We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to hold our Improvement Institute in such a beautiful place.  Looking forward to working with you...
