As weddings begin to veer away from 5 tiered wedding cake and look for creative new ideas, we thought we would help. As Italy's vibrant form of Ice Cream, Gelato is a denser cream based treat that provides fuller flavor and a designer look over it's American cousin dairy treats. The flavor is added through fresh fruit purees and then zapped in a flash freeze, which is what makes the flavor and consistency so much more delightful. Match the flavors to your wedding and add an element of surprise with an Italian dressed server. We offer gelato stations for $6 per guest. It will be a gelato fun!!
