As Italy's vibrant form of Ice Cream, Gelato is a denser cream based treat that provides fuller flavor and a designer look over it's American cousin dairy treats. The flavor is added through fresh fruit purees and then zapped in a flash freeze, which is what makes the flavor and consistency so much more delightful.
